The service
Le Petit Critique, operated by Tolga Durman ("we", "us"), provides AI-generated fashion critiques for entertainment and styling guidance. Critiques are opinions generated by an AI model — charming, occasionally savage, and not professional styling, medical, or psychological advice.
Looks that score 9 or higher are saved to your account automatically, photo included; you can delete any saved look at any time. See the privacy policy for details.
Acceptable use
- Upload only photos you have the right to use, of yourself or of people who consented.
- No unlawful, explicit, or harmful content. The critic refuses such photos, and repeated attempts may result in account suspension.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the app.
Subscriptions
Free critiques are limited. "Le Club" is an auto-renewing subscription, offered as a weekly plan and a yearly plan. The title, length and price of each plan are shown in your local currency on the subscription page in the app before you buy, and on the App Store product page.
Le Club unlocks 10 critiques every day plus member features (tone switching, second opinions, outfit suggestions, wardrobe pairing). Daily allowances are a fair-use measure and may be adjusted; the current allowance is always shown in the app.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage the subscription or turn off auto-renew in your account settings at any time — on iPhone, Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, where one is offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy; we cannot refund them ourselves, so please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
Apple's licence terms
If you downloaded Le Petit Critique from the App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, Apple's agreement governs your licence to use the app itself.
AI-generated content
Critiques are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. Use the in-app report option (or contact support) for problematic output.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be announced in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use rules. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in the app.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul — without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and venues that apply where you live. Before any formal dispute, please contact support; most issues are resolved quickly.
